At Anthony Medical and Chiropractic (AMC), our manual therapists play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality healing services to our patients. We believe that excellence begins with the first point of contact, especially during our marketing events. To ensure consistency and professionalism, we have established the following expectations for our manual therapists:
Professional Conduct: As a therapist primarily or exclusively working with the marketing team, I understand that I must maintain the same high standards as my clinic-based peers. I acknowledge that I represent Anthony Medical and Chiropractic and must present myself as an exemplary employee. My role involves providing exceptional manual therapy services to event attendees and communicating the value of our clinics for their health needs.
Availability: I agree to be available for designated events during the discussed hours of operation, which are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and occasionally on Sunday. I understand that event times may vary, and the marketing team will communicate these changes in advance.
Event Commitment: I am willing to work a minimum of two events weekly, alternating Saturdays and Sundays, and be available for one on-call event each week, as assigned by the marketing team.
Transportation: I confirm that I have reliable transportation to fulfill my event commitments.
Communication: I agree to be reliable and prompt in my communication, responding promptly and clearly to all forms of communication from the marketing team, including calls, texts, and emails.
Dress Code: I will adhere to the dress code policy while working events.
Attendance and Punctuality: I understand that events are to be treated like clinic shifts, and any tardiness, unexcused absences, or no-call-no-shows will be documented and may result in disciplinary action.
Commitment: I do not have any additional commitments or obligations that would prevent me from fulfilling the minimum requirements for duties with the marketing team.
Cross-Region Coverage: I acknowledge that I may be required to provide cross-region coverage, including areas such as the greater Waco area, the central Temple/Killeen and surrounding areas, and the southern Georgetown/Round Rock area. As our business grows, additional regions may be added, and I may inherit cross-region coverage responsibilities.
By submitting the consent, I confirm that I have read and understand the expectations outlined above and agree to adhere to them while working as a manual therapist with the marketing department at Anthony Medical and Chiropractic.
